celebrate-success

imagesThis is very annoying for everyone , specially for web developers and mobile developers when you brought a new latest smartphone and you don’t get drivers (mtp, adb, usb) for device. This is about micromax q380 latest smartphone with 8gb internal memory + 1gb RAM.

1_hope_quotes_love.com_I have tryed not so many driver’s available on internet and windows driver updates, but after looking here and there i found a this phone manager. you dont have to keep it installed. just follow the instructions and you will have your latest drivers installed:

download this smartphone manager and install it.
http://upload.mobogenie.com/mu/release/Mobogenie_Setup_3.3.7_10002.exe

Now it will ask you to enable usb-debugging and replug the phone to pc.

This time you smartphone q380 will show alert to confirm this is your safe PC trying to connect your phone.

select always and click yes(ok).

now it will take just few seconds and your are drivers ( mtp, adb, usb) are installed.

Hurrey.
Now you have all drivers installed and if you don’t like the software( phone manager ) you can un-install this.

now you can start developing – test mobile apps on Micromax q380 and you can also inspect your chrome mobile browser from your PC . Just start browsing on your device and go to chrome://inspect. It will show you available devices with current browsing pages on device.

Disable autoupdate in chrome browser

To turn off auto-updates of Google Chrome on Windows, you need to instruct Google Update to not update it. To do this follow these lengthy instructions step by step:

  1. On your chrome/Chromium browser’s address bar, type in ‘about:plugins’ and hit ENTER.
  2. Now search/look for Google Update in listed plugins
  3. don’t do anything but just click on ‘disable’ just below this plugin ‘Google Update’
  4. Yuppy! Next you use chrome/chromium, it will not auto-update itself
